Graduated with a Bachelor af Arts degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing from Seattle University, Washington. She then started her career as a manager at Corporate Banking Group, Citibank N.A in the same year. She held the position of Director from 2008 to 2016 until she was appointed as President Commissioner in 2021. Currently, she is also a Director at PT Melrimba Mitra and PT Melrimba Sentra, as well as a President Commissioner at PT Eltranindo Bina Cipta.

Graduating from AKABRI in 1989, PTIK in 1988, Sespim in 1997, and Lemhanmas in 2007, he served in the Indonesian National Police force from 1980 until 2014. He was appointed as Independent Commissioner since 2015. His responsibilities are to make sure that the company runs effective business strategies, make certain that all supervisory and audit systems are in good control, supervise business risks, and ascertain that the principles and practices of good corporate governance are applied thoroughly.

Alumnus of Riau University who graduated with a major in Economic Accounting in 1995. She started her career as a Finance & Accounting Manager at PT Egasutinasakti with multiple professional experiences. She was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee in 2011. She has held the position of Independent Commissioner and Head of Audit Committee of Megapolitan Developments since 2012. She is also currently serving other strategic positions, such as the Independent Commissioner of PT Trans Power Marine Tbk and Commissioner of PT Graha Multi Bintang.

Jennifer Barak Rimba received her Master of Business degree majoring in International Business in 1998 from Simon Fraser University. Her spirit in leadership and entrepreneurship brought her to be Megapolitan Developments’ Marketing & Sales Manager in 1994 and then Commissioner since 1998. Moreover, she has also held the position of Commissioner at PT Eltranindo Bina Cipta.
